shopping NYC part 3: brooklyn

brooklynLast week I ventured into Brooklyn for the very first time and I loved it. After a lunch of lobster rolls, sour dill pickles (favourite) and strawberry cheesecake at Junior’s, we ventured over to Atlantic Avenue and I was blown away by all of the amazing vintage shops we found. So many amazing pieces carefully crammed into the most adorable little shops.

My very favourite spot was Greenhouse Eco-Friendly Living. Their collection of gorgeous vintage pieces (furniture, home decorating accessories, amazing vintage books… the list goes on), was perfectly complimented by the various new home accessories they also carry (kitchen towels, beautiful dishes, etc.). The store was so well laid out and their pieces thoughtfully selected; I was thoroughly impressed and very inspired. If you’re in New York and in need of anything for your home, definitely head their way.
