adventuring london in six inch heels

wednesday in londonPlaying tourist for 5 hours while dressed for a business meeting is more fun than you might think! My favourite part was getting lots of puzzled looks while I snapped some photos in the financial district during lunch hour dressed like I should be dashing back to the office; it’s more fun to blend in with the locals anyways.

The most fashionable part of the day was my lazy morning wandering Islington High Street in Angel, scouring all of the vintage stalls and adorable shops. I stopped for an early lunch at The CoffeeWorks Project (the smoked salmon sandwich is delicious) before heading into central London for the afternoon.

I love how comfortable my black suede Aldo boots are. The heels are super high and I walked around all day without problem. [This year’s version in leather here]. The GIANT hood on my wool coat from Zara was key when it started to drizzle (kept my hair nice and dry!), and my black Zara handbag held everything I needed for the day (and then some).
